Our goal, with great support from local families, groups and businesses is to provide every child in our care, and their host siblings, with a stocking each year. This typically means that over 300 stockings are created, stuffed and distributed each year – a major undertaking, and we are very thankful to the generosity of our neighbors throughout the Wenatchee Valley!

We kick the Holiday Stocking Project off every year towards the end of October. We rely on the community to:

  • Sew stockings, for directions click here – patterns are available at our office
  • Donate games, books, beauty & hygiene products, art supplies, gift cards, etc. to fill each stocking
  • Help us fill the over 300 stockings that are made every year

Stockings can be donated empty or already filled. Empty stockings are filled by CASA Volunteers starting in early December with donated items. We accept donations of new items throughout the year.

Donations can be made through the NORTH CENTRAL WA COMMUNITY TOY DRIVE presented by Les Schwab Tires.

All long-time supporters of giving back, Les Schwab Tire Centers and Country 104.7 KKRV along with key organizations NCWLIFE TV, Sangster Motors, Worx of Wenatchee Valley, and Hooked on Toys, and wanting a way to further serve children in our Wenatchee Valley community established the toy drive in 2017.
